CIVITAS Global organises the 1st Forbes Roundtable Discussion with the Bulgarian Government: “Creating Wealth: Bulgaria in the next 20 years”

November 10th was THE day for the CIVITAS Global Bulgaria team.

Our task was to recommend a strategy for launching the Forbes magazine in Bulgaria.

The challenge was that the publisher of Forbes in Bulgaria, Attica Media, had a more lifestyle positioning in the Bulgarian magazines market, than a business and financial one.

To overcome this challenge, the CIVITAS Global Bulgaria team came up with the idea of launching not just a magazine, but an annual institution, the “Forbes Roundtable discussions with the Bulgarian government”, which will generate news and attract the attention of the political, financial and business communities of the country.

So, the 1st Forbes roundtable discussion, a very important event for Bulgaria and one of the biggest for CIVITAS Global, took place last Wednesday. 

Two Ministers of the Bulgarian government were present - Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Mr. Traycho Traykov and Minister of EU Funds Management Mr. Tomislav Donchev - as well as many representatives of the most distinguished Bulgarian businesses, foreign investors, analysts and of course media.
